Over the winter, all of the critical issues on my work list were completed.

• New topsides paint job
• Wooded and refinished both masts
• Installed new RayMarine AIS 650, which necessitated re-engineering the entire NMEA 0183 logging system.
• Replaced broken cockpit shower head.
• Reconnected the VHF to the GPS, so its SOS function works correctly.
• Installed the new ship's whistle, with a wireless remote controlled switch.

We launched RUNE early, March 30.
